A story about a little girl,named Carol Anne,who meets a little girl,named Samantha Johnson,and they fast become friends,but Samantha has a secret: She's a mermaid,and so are her parents.They have come to live amongst us,thanks to these golden, seashell-necklaces.One day,Carol Anne tries one on and becomes a mermaid.Then,a Dr. Langdon finds out about her and wants to use her for experiments so he can win a Nobel Prize in Science,and Carol Anne must go live with Samantha and her parents as a mermaid,to get out of the evil clutches of Dr. Langdon.
