Carol Anne Flannigan and Karol Ann Garritson,the surviving members of the massacre of the upstate mental facility they escaped from,have settled down with Carol Anne's adopted family,who have taken Karol Ann into their home, but when the girls meet two other girls who look exactly like them,they soon find out that they really aren't the last of the telekinetic girls named Carol Anne (or some variation of the spelling of the name),and when they meet little Carol Anna Kentwood,they find a formitable foe who they have to outwit to stay alive,or face Carol Anna's awesome wrath
