Book starts off explaining about me and my girlfriend and eventual wife like to travel. Then, when we start having a family, we stop doing so, until we stop having children with the birth of our third (or fourth), child and decide during last child's first (or second) summer, to travel all across the country; stopping to see landmarks and monuments along the way to teach the kids about history and such.
